The Service

QueueHatch lets you schedule and publish content at your direction using an official posting flow.

You must be authorized to post to any connected profile.

Your content & permissions

  • You retain your rights to any content you upload or schedule.
  • You grant QueueHatch the rights necessary to process, store temporarily, and transmit your content solely to provide the service.
  • You confirm you have the rights to the media, music, and other elements you post.

Compliance & platform rules

  • Actions occur only with your explicit consent; no scraping or spoofing.
  • We do not add watermarks or promotional overlays to your media.
  • Branded Content cannot be private; if enabled, visibility will be adjusted per platform rules.
  • Posting limits and creator caps may apply; queues may delay under high load.

Acceptable use

  • No unlawful, infringing, misleading, or spam activity.
  • No attempts to bypass rate limits or security.
  • We may suspend or remove content or access for policy or legal violations.

Accounts & security

  • Keep your login secure; you're responsible for activity under your account.
  • You can disconnect profiles at any time to revoke access.

Plans, billing, and cancellations

  • Plan benefits and pricing are listed on the site.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
  • You can change or cancel at any time; changes apply to the next billing cycle.
  • Refunds are handled per local law and our posted policy.

Disclaimers

  • Service provided "as is" and "as available".
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or specific outcomes.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, QueueHatch is not liable for indirect or consequential damages; total liability is limited to amounts paid in the preceding 12 months.

Termination

  • You may stop using the service at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate for violations, security risks, or legal requirements.
